Terms of trade

ElectroDaves reserves the right to cancel and refund if the order is unable to be fulfilled for any reason.

Warranty and returns.

Electrodaves reserves the right to replace, repair, or refund a product if a warranty issue shall arise. The choice of replace/repair/refund is at ElectroDaves discretion.

Warranty will only be accepted if the item is returned within a timely manner, within the warranty period, and a reasonable explanation of why the product failed or was not fit for purpose. The product must be returned in full, with any/all associated accessories. Electrodaves does not accept responsibility for products purchases due to mis-diagnosis, or user error.

It is the Buyers responsibility to cover the Courier and shipping charges back to ElectroDaves Ltd. The returned product must be intact, and well packaged. ElectroDaves will not be responsible of damages caused during return shipment of their products.

If other damages shorted vehicle wiring or components is causing products to fail, ElectroDaves will not be held liable for the replacement of the product, or repair of further damages caused by external factors outside of ElectroDaves control.

ElectroDaves does not accept warranties due to negligence, incorrect wiring, or physical damages caused by incorrect handling or instillation of their units. ElectroDaves products shall be installed and used in accordance to ElectroDaves specifications.

ElectroDaves will not accept responsibility of damages to vehicles, property, assets, or other damages by use of these products.

It is the buyers responsibility to ultimately insure that the unit is installed safely and in accordance with instructions.
